How do I book a tattoo with you?

Do you do piercings?
Unfortunately, we do not have a piercer at this time, but we are looking for one! If you, or someone you know, are interested in joining our shop, please send your resume to tattoo@revivalny.com
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, appointment dates are not locked in without one. All deposits are non-refundable, but they do go toward the final balance.
How can I get a price quote?
You can get a price quote through a brief detailed email. Quotes for each piece vary based on design, size, placement on the body and the amount of detail. We do not charge by hour. At Revival we offer discounts for active duty police, military, first responders and medical personnel.
Do you have a shop minimum?
Yes, our shop minimum is $150. Due to the rising costs of supplies, we are unable to price any design lower than this amount, even “really super small” ones.
I’m under the age of 18, can I get a tattoo?
As much as we can't wait to tattoo you, in the state of New York, we cannot tattoo minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent.
